Recommendation from a colleague who had some good results with weight / fitness training.
I had the initial chat with you an then thought You were someone I could work with (approachable, practical)

 2. What stands out about what you've learned from working with me? ( biggest insights or light bulb moments )

Keeping the goals simple and manageable, then incremental, (achieve step 1 then do step 2 (slightly harder etc)
The visualisation of complex manoeuvres (to me anyway) eg visualising the clean and jerk with a split

Implemented flexible program targeted to the results i wanted. Adaptable to changes in “real world”  constraints, supportive and realistic  (no bullshit). Emphasis on “doing it right” in order to progress to more complex / heavier efforts
